What is Medicare?
Medicare is a federal health insurance program for people who are 65 years of age or older and for those people under 65 years of age with disabilities. Medicare contains 4 parts:

Meet Kelly J. Barlow
Kelly J Barlow, has a long 25+ year history working with health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Kelly started her career in customer service, assisting members with questions on their insurance coverages. She quickly decided that working with Medicare beneficiaries was her calling, so she set out to specialize in Medicare insurance coverages and now has a focus on working with Veterans. Kelly has worked for a few different insurance carriers and believes being an independent insurance agent gets people choices for the best possible coverage.
Kelly started her insurance agency Golden Solutions LLC, where she can now choose which insurance plans she works with and offers to her Medicare clients. Since starting her agency she has hired on several additional agents to assist Medicare beneficiaries across the Capital District and the North Country. She has extensive knowledge in Medicare and the different plans offered, the laws and regulations you need to know to keep you compliant and penalty free, as well as the changes that occur from year to year. Kelly has a passion for helping Medicare beneficiaries understand their options and choosing the right plan.
